Mr. Ejaz is the founder of Photon Academy and a certified IB tutor with over 15+ years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS), graduating in 2015.
He teaches over 100 students per year and provides 24/7 WhatsApp support to all enrolled students. He also runs the dedicated IB resource site ibmathandphysics.sg.

Mr. B holds a Bachelor's in Teaching and a Master's in Business. He is a certified IBDP teacher and examiner with over 15 years of experience. All of his Extended Essay students consistently score 30 points and above.
He is the author of a bestselling TOK book and has created video courses used by over 100 teachers monthly around the world. His deep understanding of the IB assessment framework gives students a significant advantage.

Ms. Bea is a specialist in both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. She has lectured at universities in the United States and Tokyo, bringing a global perspective to her teaching.
She has provided specialised IB Economics tutoring in both Hong Kong and Singapore, helping students build deep conceptual understanding and exam technique for the IB Economics syllabus.

Mr. Dee is an experienced IB Mathematics and IB Physics tutor with 7+ years of experience and a strong track record of helping students achieve their target grades. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He prefers to give individual attention to each student, checking their work regularly and encouraging students to think through problems rather than memorize solutions.
Mr. Dee specialises in guiding IA (Internal Assessment) for IB SL students, and has taught more than 500 students across 1-to-1 and small group sessions of up to 4 students.

IB Chinese Programme Coordinator
Ms. Sonia Chin is the Programme Lead and Coordinator for IB Chinese at Photon Academy. A dedicated full-time Mandarin tutor, she holds a CTCSOL (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Singapore) and has extensive expertise in MOE, IGCSE, and IB Chinese B syllabi.
Ms. Chin has 10+ years of experience teaching Chinese in Singapore and has helped students achieve 7 points and A* across multiple consecutive years.
Her teaching philosophy focuses on future-ready skills and empowering students through independent learning — believing in the adage: 授人以鱼不如授人以渔 ("Give a man a fish, or teach him to fish").
Mr. Ray Lin is a bilingual tutor (English and Chinese) with an impressive academic background across three continents. He holds an MBA in Marketing from INSEEC Business School (France), a Master's in Cultural Management from Institut d'Études Supérieures des Arts (France), and a Bachelor's in English from Guangdong University for Foreign Studies (China).
He also holds a Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (Singapore). His students have consistently achieved 7 points and A* in exams for several consecutive years, with all students improving by at least 1 point or grade under his tutelage.
Mr. Ray brings 7+ years of experience teaching Chinese and preparing students for IB, IGCSE, and local school examinations.
Ms. Fanny Zheng is an IB Chinese tutor at Photon Academy, part of the specialist Chinese tuition team led by Ms. Sonia Chin.

Mr. Muhd Aliman is a specialist IB Mathematics Applications and Interpretation (AI) tutor at Photon Academy. He coaches students mainly from international and local schools, with more than 500 students taught across 1-to-1 and small group sessions of up to 4 students.
He specialises in guiding Internal Assessments (IA) for IB SL students and has been teaching Mathematics — including E. Maths, A. Maths, IGCSE, and IB — to both local secondary school and international Grade 7–12 students for 7 years.
His teaching style is highly engaging. He strives to ensure students truly understand concepts before applying them, and provides lesson notes and materials after every session.

Ms. Min is an IB-certified Biology tutor with teaching experience at two of Singapore's top international schools — Overseas Family School (OFS) and Stamford American International School (SAIS). With a strong background in delivering results for both HL and SL students, she knows how to turn confusion into confidence.
She leads IB Biology tuition at Photon Academy through a partnership with Big Brain Energy SG — a specialist IB Biology team dedicated to making the subject approachable and meaningful.

Mr. Paul is an experienced tutor specialising in IB Business Management, IGCSE Business Studies, AP Business, A-Level Business, Accounting, CIMA, and ACCA. With over 11 years of teaching experience, he is dedicated to helping students excel through clear guidance and personalised feedback.
His structured approach covers all five IB Business Management units — Organisation & Environment, Human Resource Management, Finance & Accounts, Marketing, and Operations — with particular focus on case study analysis, exam technique, and IA/EE support.
